This frontal firing bunker was modernized in 1930s - a flank firing MG chamber was added to the old structure. The bunker was heavily damaged during combat - among other things, a Soviet assault party managed to sneak to the bunker during a night in January and blow it up. The only thing that remains of the bunker now is part of the new MG chamber with part of gunport preserved.
